Overview

Maxim Fomin joined Russin & Vecchi in 2015. His main practice areas include corporate law, labor law, arbitration and litigation, real estate.

As a member of the Russin & Vecchi team, Maxim has been engaged in handling a number of complicated matters, including representation of a multinational engineering and construction company in bankruptcy proceedings against the operator of a large Russian infrastructure project, handling multimillion debt recovery proceedings, representation of an operator of one of the largest Russian oil and gas projects in a labor dispute.

Maxim has extensive experience in advising clients on incorporation of companies in Russia, structuring labor relationships and handling various payroll accounting and staff record management issues. He represents businesses and individuals in arbitration courts and courts of common jurisdiction and before various state and local government bodies.
