Overview

Ms. Kalinovskaya focuses her practice on intellectual property portfolio management, including trademark clearance, registration, prosecution and enforcement, copyright and trademark counseling, and domain name registration and dispute resolution. She also handles licensing and assignment of rights. Ms. Kalinovskaya counsels clients on maintenance of trademark rights, infringement matters, opposition and cancellation proceedings. She works with clients in a diverse range of industries, including computer software, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, restaurant services, and consumer products.

Ms. Kalinovskaya joined Russin & Vecchi as a trademark attorney in 2006. She began her professional activity in 1999 with a large Russian IP law firm where she acquired substantial experience in patent and trademark matters.
