Overview

Anatoly Malyugin has extensive experience in providing legal services to businesses and individuals, including representing clients in arbitration courts and courts of common jurisdiction and before various state and local government bodies.

Before joining Russin & Vecchi, Anatoly worked for a large company engaged in carrying out certain types of licensed activities, where he was responsible for legal support of the company’s business activities, including its internal procedures.

His main fields of specialization are civil law, corporate law and dispute resolution.
