Mr. McGowan has over 30 years of experience working with financial services and general commercial clients. His practice is focused on banking, capital markets, asset management and other financial services and corporate transactions.

Mr. McGowan regularly counsels both multinational and Taiwan corporations and financial institutions on all aspects of local law, including representation before Taiwan government agencies and courts. He also provides advice on compliance with labor and corporate laws and regulations and assist in the structuring and implementation of sophisticated business and financing transactions.
