Mr. Berg has more than thirty years’ experience advising, representing and advocating the interests of clients in commercial business transactions including the negotiation and drafting of all types of commercial agreements, real estate and construction contracts, commercial leases, joint venture agreements, shareholders’ agreements, distribution agreements, license agreements, and other commercial contracts.

His experience also includes the structuring, operation, merger and reorganization of corporations, limited liability companies and other business units. He represents clients headquartered in China, Denmark, Germany, Sweden, Taiwan, the United States and other countries. His clients include multi-national corporate and institutional investors, industrial and financial companies, entrepreneurial ventures and individuals with substantial business interests.
