Representing the interests of a Russian client in a recovery action against a U.S.-based trading company in connection with the latter’s failure to deliver 15 trucks to Russia under a sales contract, including preparing claim papers and initiating arbitration proceedings at the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, arranging service of process upon the respondent in the U.S. and handling an array of relevant issues and formalities, obtaining an arbitral award and arranging for its recognition and enforcement in the U.S.
